Dear Valued Customer,

We want to remind you of our policy regarding printed images during your event. Once you have viewed your images with our photographer and agreed to have them printed on the spot, please note that:

• No Returns or Refunds: There will be no returns or refunds on images after they have been printed.
• Image Pickup: If you forget to pick up your printed image, our studio reserves the right to leave the photograph with the host of the event. You will need to make arrangements with the host to retrieve your images.
